We have used many different insurance agencies through out our 60 years of being in business and have found Allen Shaffer Insurance to be professional, committed to servicing us with personalized service, and always fighting for us whether it's for a lower premium or on a claim. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Every time I've needed to call they were always polite!...
I've had in Erie insurance for the last 10 years through this office. Every time I've needed to call they were always polite and answered my questions quickly. The few times that I had to make a claim they were able to get things done quickly and relatively easy.
